Alfa Tonic delivers across the UAE and to countries worldwide through trusted third-party courier services. This Policy explains our delivery timeframes, charges and customer responsibilities.

Orders are prepared and handed to a third-party courier for delivery. Please provide a complete address and accurate contact details to help prevent unnecessary delays.
1–2 working days
Estimated delivery within cities across the United Arab Emirates.
4–10 working days
Estimated delivery to GCC countries and other international destinations.
Orders above AED 150
Complimentary local delivery is automatically applied to eligible UAE orders.
Delivery coverage
Alfa Tonic delivers products throughout the United Arab Emirates and to international destinations.
While the UAE is our primary delivery market, customers in GCC countries and other countries may also place orders where international shipping is available at checkout.
The availability of delivery to a particular country, city or location will be confirmed during checkout.
Third-party courier services
All Alfa Tonic orders are delivered through third-party courier and logistics providers.
Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery may be subject to the courier’s operating schedule, service area and delivery procedures.
The courier may contact you using the telephone number provided during checkout to confirm the address, arrange delivery or request additional directions.
Estimated delivery timeframes
Delivery timeframes begin after the order has been successfully processed and dispatched.
Estimated delivery within cities and supported locations throughout the UAE.
Estimated delivery to supported destinations outside the UAE.
Working days do not normally include weekends, public holidays or days on which courier services are not operating.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier availability and other circumstances affecting delivery.

Delivery charges are determined by the delivery destination and the total value of the order.

Calculated for your destination
UAE orders below AED 150 are charged a flat delivery fee of AED 10.
UAE orders above AED 150 qualify for free local delivery.
Shipping charges for GCC and international orders are automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page based on the selected country and delivery location.
Delivery address and contact details
To avoid delivery delays, please provide complete and accurate delivery information during checkout.
Your delivery information should include:
- Your full name.
- A complete street and building address.
- Apartment, office, floor or unit details where applicable.
- The correct city, emirate, country and postal code where applicable.
- A valid telephone number that can be reached by the courier.
- Any additional delivery directions reasonably required to locate the address.
Alfa Tonic is not responsible for delays caused by an incomplete, incorrect or inaccessible delivery address supplied during checkout.
Order processing and dispatch
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed and the required order information has been received.
Orders placed outside normal processing hours, during weekends or on public holidays may begin processing on the next available working day.
Once the order has been prepared and handed to the courier, it will be considered dispatched.
Where available, dispatch or tracking information may be sent using the email address or telephone number provided during checkout.
Delivery delays
We aim to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery times are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed.
Delays may occur because of:
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery information.
- Difficulty contacting the customer.
- Courier capacity or operational disruption.
- Public holidays or periods of unusually high order volume.
- Severe weather, road closures or transportation disruption.
- Remote or restricted delivery locations.
- Customs, border or import procedures for international shipments.
- Events outside the reasonable control of Alfa Tonic or the courier.
We will take reasonable steps to assist when a material delivery delay is brought to our attention.
Failed delivery attempts
The courier may contact you before or during delivery. Please ensure that the telephone number provided with the order is correct and available.
A delivery attempt may be unsuccessful where:
- No one is available to receive the order.
- The customer cannot be reached.
- The address is incomplete or incorrect.
- The courier cannot access the delivery location.
- The recipient refuses the delivery.
Where an order must be returned or delivered again because of information or circumstances under the customer’s control, an additional delivery charge may apply.
Receiving and inspecting your order
Please inspect your package as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it.
Contact Alfa Tonic promptly if:
- The package appears damaged or opened.
- A product is damaged during delivery.
- An item is missing from the package.
- You receive a product different from the product ordered.
We may request your order number, photographs of the parcel, delivery label, packaging and affected products so that the matter can be reviewed.
GCC and international orders
Shipping fees for international and GCC orders are automatically calculated during checkout according to the selected destination and location.
Available shipping options and the applicable charge will be displayed before the order is submitted.
International delivery may take between 4 and 10 working days after dispatch. The actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination and courier processing requirements.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered from Alfa Tonic may legally be delivered to and received in their selected destination.
