Agreement to these Terms

Delivery

An order may be eligible for cancellation if the cancellation request is received before preparation or dispatch. Once fulfilment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Due to hygiene, health, safety, storage or perishability considerations, certain opened, used, personalised, temperature-sensitive or short-dated products may not be eligible for a return unless they are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise required to be accepted by law.

When contacting us about a return or refund, we may request:
